"I started working with Susie when I first moved to Los Angeles - I wanted to be able to wear a bathingsuit and cute sun dresses and feel good about myself. Like most women I really wanted to lose those 10 pounds that creep up - mine were from the first two years of being married. I had worked with a personal trainer for a few months, but I was not seeing the results I really wanted and the program was the same for all of his clients. Susie took a very personalized approach to my training. She varried every workout and we discussed what was working and what I wanted to focus on every time.
